Internship Event Project Manager - German speaker
FeverUpBerlin, Berlin, GermanyAs part of the Fever Originals team you will use data and insights to create one-of-a-kind events and experiences that allow people to have unforgettable moments.
This position will support Fever Originals team. Your role will be to help the project manager with her daily tasks. This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at an early high-growth stage and have ownership in creating new experiences.
The role requires a mix of business development and operational experience. Candidates need to be passionate about the entertainment and events industry. You will have to be comfortable delivering results in an ambiguous environment being exceptionally detail-oriented while looking around corners and think bigger about how we create a compelling experience.
This role requires flexibility creativity attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines while staying within budget .
Strong communication skills are critical to success in this role. The right candidate will be a self-starter and have strong interpersonal skills.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in all aspects of event productions including pre-production logistics planning vendor selection staff planning onsite execution as well as post-event wrap-up
- Create productions timelines and ensure that teams are keeping to schedule
- Communicate and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive alignment and execution of event deliverables
- Manage multiple productions and help scale Candlelight projects against team targets
- Deep dive in budgets of different scales
- Venue research and booking
- Handle administrative duties including expense reports invoicing and working with the legal department on contracts
REQUIREMENTS
Youre about to graduate and have strong analytical and communication skills. Youre thriving in a fast-growing and demanding environment and are happy to take ownership of exciting projects.
