Your mission

As our Account Executive youll be the driving force behind our sales growth. Youll own the entire sales cycle - from generating leads to closing deals - within the mid-market and SME segments. You bring an entrepreneurial spirit thrive in dynamic environments and love the thrill of building something new from scratch. Reporting directly to our CEO whos currently heading sales youll work closely with every department as we build out our processes and expand our reach.

What Youll Be Working On

  • Smashing Sales Targets :

Hit the Ground Running : Drive results in mid-market and SME segments with the autonomy to shape your strategy and enjoy recognition for your success.

  • Own Your Pipeline : Take control of your pipeline with creative sourcing backed by the tools and support to accelerate your growth.
  • Close Big Wins : Convert qualified leads into impactful deals and see your efforts directly contribute to personal and company success.
  • Make an Impact : Secure high-value deals that align with our ambitious growth goals positioning you for long-term success.
  • Strategic Impact :
  • Expand Our Market : Create and execute strategies to break into new markets and verticals driving measurable results in customer acquisition.

  • Voice of the Customer : Gather and communicate customer feedback to inform product development and sales strategies.
  • Refine the Process : Identify gaps and optimize the sales process for better efficiency and impact helping us evolve as we grow.
  • Who Were Looking For

    This is the perfect role for a hands-on Account Executive with a passion for mid-market / SME sales in the B2B SaaS space. If you love the challenge of building a sales function from the ground up and want to leave your mark on a fast-growing startup lets chat!

  • SaaS Sales Pro : You have hands-on SaaS sales experience focused on mid-market and SME clients with quick direct sales cycles - not long enterprise deals.
  • Startup Ready : Youre proactive thrive in fast-paced environments and love the challenge of building and adapting in a startup where things are still taking shape.
  • Proven Closer : With 3-5 years as an AE youve consistently hit and exceeded your targets. Ideally AE experience makes up 70% of your career.
  • Self-Starter : Youve succeeded in early-stage B2B SaaS startups especially in manufacturing and know how to build processes and win with minimal support.
  • Full-Cycle Sales : You generate manage and close your own deals - no hand-holding needed.
  • Adaptable : You excel in ever-changing environments and actively shape products and processes as you go.
  • Aligned for Growth : Youre ready for a competitive OTE with a balanced split and understand this is a hands-on growth-focused role - not a senior-level sales management position.
  • Multilingual Communicator : Fluent in both German and English you effortlessly adapt your messaging to resonate with our diverse clients ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Not Quite Your Thing

    This role is for hands-on quota-carrying hunters not sales managers strategists or those focused on nurturing existing clients. If you prefer structured environments or long complex sales cycles this might not be the right fit.

    The Tools Youll Be Using

  • HubSpot Sales Hub Professional : Youll need to be comfortable building workflows sequences and campaigns in HubSpot to drive KPIs.
  • Excel & PowerPoint : These tools will be your go-to for preparing customer pitches and building offers that close deals.
