Aufgabengebiet
Der Facility Manager kümmert sich um den Unterhalt des Gebäudes, der Außenanlagen, der Einrichtungen und des Nebengebäude, um eine optimale Nutzung zu gewährleisten. Er sorgt für die Einhaltung der Sicherheitsprotokolle und Konformität der Sanitäranlagen. Er gewährleistet und koordiniert die präventive und korrektive Instandhaltung der Einrichtung. Er kann Ausfälle voraussehen, indem er Maschinen und Geräte regelmässig überprüft und in Stand hält. Er identifiziert die Herkunft der Probleme und gewährleistet eine sofortige Instandsetzung. Er aktualisiert und ist für das Sicherheitsverzeichnis zuständig. Er führt alle Handlungen im Zusammenhang mit seiner Funktion aus, um das Wohlbefinden der Bewohner zu garantieren und gleichzeitig ihre Privatsphäre, Würde, Sicherheit, Ethik und Berufsordnung zu respektieren.
