Head of department (m / f / d) Efa and digitization products

The position can be based at our office in Darmstadt, Gießen, Kassel or Fulda. This position is a full-time position, which is in principle divisible.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Management and leadership of the department
• Ensuring a high quality of service for customers
• Managing and ensuring the specialist department functions
• Responsibility for documenting and maintaining customer contacts in the customer information system
• Planning and control of key financial data / business management responsibility for the department
• Constructive cooperation with product and process manufacturers, local authorities and state authorities as well as internal areas of ekom21
• Collaboration and / or management of specialist working groups and projects
• Strategic development of new digitization products

The level of payment is based on a salary up to EG 13 TVöD (VKA) and will be subject to a final individual assessment and personal qualifications.
