Summary

We are looking for a “Financial Communications Manager (f / m / d)” for the “Public Relations” department at the Taufkirchen location as soon as possible.

The Public Relations Department at HENSOLDT is the responsible focal point for any communications with external stakeholders via media (interviews, media roundtables, Q&A partner) and takes care of all press releases, articles in magazine and any further campaign supportive communications.

Further, the PR Department is responsible for the HENSOLDT Inside employee magazine and the Intranet News content.

Your Tasks

Development and creation of communication for the quarterly and annual reporting of HENSOLDT AG (press release, internal communication, social media, quote cards for the Management Board, videos)

Supporting communication (internal and external) of business successes and investments

Collaboration in the project teams for the Annual General Meeting and Capital Markets Day (concept, storyline, content and texts for scripts, speeches, presentations)

Project management of the online annual report, such as text contributions by the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, CEO, CFO, preparation of the annual review, coordination with the finance department and sustainability team as well as coordination with external partners for the website and graphic design

Communication support for transformation projects in the finance area (ERP transformation OneSAPNow, HENSOLDT GO! and Finance Vision)

Creation and implementation of the communication plan for the CFO (social media, preparation of appearances at events, panels, podcasts and writing speeches / speaking notes at internal and external events)

Your Profile

Completed studies in the field of communication, business administration or comparable

Several years of experience in capital and financial market communications, preferably in the environment of a listed company or in communications consulting for listed companies

Journalistic experience in business reporting is advantageous

Affinity for digital media (video, photo)

Very good knowledge of German and English
