To support our growth, we are looking for a Customer Services Officer – Front Office who will be the first point of contact for our clients and partners. This role requires excellent communication skills, a client-focused mindset and the ability to manage inquiries via phone and email professionally. Your ability to build strong relationships and provide top-tier service will be key to your success.
