Your role and responsibilities

In this role you will support our Product Portfolio Manager in optimizing our product range for electrical installation materials. In this role, you will analyze market requirements and help translate them into product innovations. You will collaborate with both local and international stakeholders to shape the future of sustainable electrification. • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product improvements and innovations
• Manage the technical specifications and lifecycle of assigned products, supporting business cases for new developments and cost optimizations
• Drive the product roadmap, ensuring successful and timely launches while embedding sustainability and circularity principles
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including production, sales, and other product specialists, to align strategies and ensure market success
• Keep stakeholders informed about product updates, market trends, and competitive insights
• Support customers in adopting environmentally sustainable solutions, creating new market opportunities
• Act in line with ABB's core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for your actions and fostering a positive team environment
