As a Global HR Business Partner at Bauer Media Group, based in Hamburg (hybrid), you’ll be a key member of our Group HR team. In this strategic role, you will collaborate with key stakeholders in Group Functions (. Finance or Technology) to ensure alignment between business strategies and people management objectives across all 14 Bauer locations, including Germany, the UK, and Poland.
You will work closely with HR teams for Publishing and Audio, as well as with our Centers of Expertise, including Compensation & Benefits, People & Culture, Organizational Design, and Strategy & Transformation, to design and implement effective HR solutions.
Your Responsibilities :
- Act as a strategic advisor to key stakeholders in Group functions (Finance / Tech) to align business and people strategies
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the business objectives and drive organizational performance
- Partner with the Transformation Enablement team to drive cultural transformation and organizational change
- Support organizational design and change management initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Facilitate organizational restructuring, role clarity, and workforce planning
- Collaborate with CoE`s to lead talent management processes including talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development
- Identify and address talent gaps and development needs
- Utilize HR data and analytics to inform decision-making and measure the impact of HR initiatives
- Foster a culture of engagement and inclusion through various initiatives and programs
