Location and Schedule : You will be working remotely and will only be required to be on-site when visiting clients in the Nuremberg region.
For that reason, it is required of you to live within driving distance from Nuremberg.
Eventually, you may need to visit clients abroad (all costs covered by the company).

You would also be able to use the company car, cell phone, and laptop for personal purposes.
Responsibilities : Install packaging systems and perform preventive and corrective maintenance, rework, assemble, and upgrade machines and equipment.
Handle service requests independently, adhering to the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
Provide written feedback as required.
Conduct preventative maintenance, inspections, supervision, and support for delivered projects and products.
Respond to emergency repairs and troubleshoot issues; resolve registered machine and equipment interruptions and involve third parties when necessary.
Deliver onsite training to customers and operators.
Transform complaints into long-term improvements.
Requirements : Valid German Drivers Licence.
Minimum of 6 years of experience or a bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years in a similar technical role.
Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications is a plus.
Proficient in both German and English, with strong verbal and written skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to independently devise creative solutions to customer issues.
Availability for standby duty for service provision outside of office hours.
