The role of the Business Development Manager is to elevate Bob W’s performance in Germany, with a focus on Munich, through identifying, prospecting, securing, managing and growing corporate accounts for our properties in Germany . Being a vital member of our Commercial Organisation, you are a part of an international team of exceptional individuals focused on customer acquisition, retention, growth and revenue optimisation. Manage and grow existing client accounts to maximize revenue opportunities through total account management. 3+ years of excellent track record in hospitality Sales or Business Development in a B2B environment, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. ~ Native German and excellent English language skills. ~ Experience in onboarding, managing, penetrating and growing corporate accounts through a Total Account Management approach. ~ Competitive base salary plus quarterly bonus structure tied to performance.
