Zur Vervollständigung unseres Teams suchen wir eine / n Head of Marketing LAB & CCS

Ihre Aufgaben :

• Personelle Verantwortung, Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Bereiches Marketing CCSAbleitung und Unterstützung der Teammitglieder bei der Ausführung der Aufgaben des Bereiches Marketing CCS
• Budgetverantwortung inkl. jährliche Budget- und Investitionsplanung sowie monatliches Tracking
• Erstellung der Marketingstrategie mit Hauptfokus auf LAB & CCS
• Entwicklung und Implementieren von crossmedialen Marketingkampagnen & innovativer Sales-Marketingkonzepte in Abstimmung mit den Vertriebsteams (Außendienst / Innendienst)
• Planung und Umsetzung der Produktneueinführungen unter Einhaltung der regulatorischen Vorgaben (MDR)
• Life-Cycle-Management für die bestehenden Portfolios
• Entwicklung von Fortbildungs- und Veranstaltungskonzepten, Organisation mit den beteiligten Abteilungen (Education Academy und Events)
• Auf- und Ausbau von Key Opinion Leadern, Speaker und Influencern von Zahnärzten und Zahntechnikern fürden Bereich Medentika und CCS
• Koordination und Umsetzung übergreifender Projekte (Bsp. Einführung von Drittprodukten)
• Management der Distributoren
• Kontinuierliche Wettbewerbsanalyse
• Starker externer Fokus bei Kunden, Messen & Kongressen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit der Leitung Business Unit LAB & CCS (Head of LAB & CCS) sowie den anderen Teamleitungen und Kollegen der Business Unit
• Koordination und Zusammenarbeit mit der Business Unit Marketing und Digital Communication sowie den Marketingbereichen der Business Units Challenger Implants und Premium Implants sowie allen erweiterten beteiligten Abteilungen, z.B. VID, Logistik, Education Academy, Events etc.
