At Stington & Partner Legal (product name not disclosed) , we're developing a market-ready SaaS solution designed to help digital creators protect their content, enforce their rights, and grow with confidence. Our product is trusted by the first 50 pioneering creators — including influencers, performers, and content producers who rely on our technology to take control of their digital presence.
We recently closed our first funding round and are now entering a high-growth phase. With strong traction and a powerful product in hand, we're looking for a Head of Marketing (or Marketing Manager , depending on experience) to lead our marketing strategy, drive adoption, and shape how we’re seen in the creator economy.
This is your chance to join an early-stage legal tech company making a real impact — at the intersection of technology, digital rights, and creator empowerment.
Tasks
What you’ll do
- Take full ownership of our marketing strategy, working directly with the founders to position our product in a way that truly resonates with digital creators.
- Deeply understand our users — their pain points, motivations, platforms, and language — and translate these insights into impactful messaging and campaigns.
- Identify the right channels to reach creators : from niche communities and social platforms to affiliate partnerships and unconventional outreach methods.
- Develop and execute acquisition funnels that convert — including landing pages, email flows, social content, and ambassador / influencer initiatives.
- Continuously experiment with new formats and growth loops — from viral marketing to referral programs — and scale what works.
- Collaborate with product, design, and customer success to ensure a consistent experience across the entire creator journey.
- Build out and manage tools, analytics, and reporting systems to track growth, engagement, and ROI across all efforts.
- Lead and grow a small team or coordinate freelancers and agencies as we scale.
