The company is investing and expanding in Europe and plans to acquire an existing company in Germany to expand its products and services. Our client is looking for a Finance Director for an acquired company which is located in west Germany and is specialized on forming and materials technology. For over many years, the company has been using its experience in the field of forming and materials technology to offer their partners solutions that are precisely tailored to their requirements. AIMS is starting the project of finding a highly skilled and experienced finance professional. This role will be pivotal in leading the financial integration of the newly acquired entity in Germany, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, and driving financial efficiency and growth. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between the German entity and the US parent company, facilitating seamless collaboration and effective communication. Aufgaben M&A Integration & Financial Strategy :

• Lead the financial integration of the acquired entity, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives
• Oversee the conversion from German GAAP to US GAAP and from the total cost method to the cost-of-sales method
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the transition and future growth Financial Planning & Operations :
• Oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis processes
• Assess the compatibility of existing ERP systems and lead the integration of financial software
• Monitor financial performance and provide strategic insights to leadership Regulatory Compliance & Risk Management :
• Ensure full compliance with German tax laws, financial regulations, and corporate governance standards
• Manage audits, tax filings, and financial controls in collaboration with external advisors Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement :
• Partner with leadership to drive financial efficiency and growth
• Lead a finance team and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Foster a collaborative finance culture that supports the broader business strategy
• Build strong relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies Cultural Integration & Change Management :
• Act as part of a broader leadership team, leading cultural integration efforts between the German and US teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication
• Facilitate change management initiatives, helping employees navigate and learn new processes, expectations, and working styles Profil
