Are you a results-driven, detail-oriented professional passionate about finance? We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team and lead our financial operations with excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Cash Flow Management :
Prepare and execute weekly payments, optimizing supplier discounts.
Oversee customer receivables and supplier payables.
Accrual posting and control, journal entries, and fixed asset depreciation.
Analyze and control inventory levels, manage item obsolescence, and perform margin analysis.
Review contracts regularly to identify opportunities for cost reduction and service improvement.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, compliant with German GAAP.
Lead the preparation and analysis of company budgets.
Handle CIT, VAT, and assist in tax reporting for Germany, US, and Mexico.
Provide local HR support when required.
Manage government and bank correspondence.
What We're Looking For :

Budgeting and Cost Management- Expertise in creating, managing, and optimizing budgets while identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Accounting and Regulatory Knowledge Proficiency in accounting principles- and understanding of tax regulations and compliance.
Leadership and Team Management- Strong leadership skills to guide, motivate, and develop finance teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Communication and Presentation Skills- Ability to effectively communicate financial insights and strategies to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
Attention to Detail- Ensuring accuracy and precision in financial reports, audits, and compliance requirements.
Problem-Solving and DecisionMaking Skill- in identifying financial risks or inefficiencies and implementing effective solutions.
Technology Proficiency- Competency with financial software, and advanced Excel skills to streamline processes and analyze data.
Ethical Judgment and Integrity - Commitment to maintaining confidentiality, upholding ethical standards, and ensuring transparency in financial reporting.
Competitive salary between €60,000 - €70,000 annually.
