Als Assistenz (m / w / d) des Head of Supply Chain EMEA haben Sie eine entscheidende Rolle in der Unterstützung von funktionalen Führungskräften und Teams sowie der Koordination und Organisation von Aktivitäten.
Sie sind verantwortlich für die Organisation von Meetings und Veranstaltungen und unterstützen bei der Vor- als auch Nachbereitung.
Zu den administrativen Aufgaben gehören die Terminplanung und die Kommunikation mit internen und externen Stakeholdern. Sie koordinieren nationale und internationale Geschäftsreisen, erstellen Reiserouten, buchen Flüge und Unterkunft für Teammitglieder.
Im Abrechnungstool erstellen und verfolgen Sie Spesenabrechnungen und reichen diese zur Genehmigung ein. Bei operativen Managementthemen, wie z.
B. das Anlegen von Einkaufsbestellungen, das monatliche Kostenstellen Reporting und der Erstellung von Präsentationsunterlagen arbeiten sie unterstützend mit.
Bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Supply-Chain-Projekten ist Ihre Mitarbeit gefragt.
