As our Head of Sales, you will…

Sales Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and optimize scalable sales strategies that drive our growth.
• Take responsibility for achieving and exceeding revenue targets, monitoring KPIs, and reporting regularly to the executive team.
• Implement efficient sales processes, build high-performance systems, and optimize the use of our existing tools (e.g., HubSpot).
• Build and lead a high-performing sales team.
• Manage and oversee the sales budget effectively.
• Conduct regular market and competitive analyses to identify trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Own the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure.
• Guide corporate and mid-sized clients through the sales process, demonstrate the value of our solutions, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Nurture long-term client relationships, identify opportunities to expand the use of our solutions, and help clients realize the full value of our services.
• Manage key accounts and lead strategic projects for client development and retention.
• Take charge of project management for developing and establishing strategic partnerships.
