With an established presence in Germany and an ambitious roadmap for growth, we’re seeking an experienced and driven Head of Sales to lead our expansion in the DACH region and explore opportunities in the US market.
What You’ll Do :
As the Head of Sales, you’ll be responsible for driving our sales strategy and execution, focusing on acquiring large customers in the DACH region and supporting our broader market expansion efforts.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the DACH region, with a focus on closing high-value deals.
- Identify, target, and engage decision-makers in Food & Beverage manufacturing (e.g., Plant Managers, Operations Directors).
- Build and manage a sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate closely with marketing to optimize lead generation efforts and align campaigns with sales goals.
- Act as a key negotiator in enterprise-level sales deals, ensuring value-driven outcomes for both customers and the company.
- Provide input into product development by sharing customer insights and market trends.
- Plus : support and lead the initial expansion of sales activities into the US market.
