Ob in Düsseldorf oder Pronsfeld – du unterstützt das Tagesgeschäft, pflegst Personalstammdaten und kommunizierst mit Behörden. Du solltest eine kaufmännische Ausbildung, SAP HCM-Erfahrung und flie-ßende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse mitbringen. Reisebereitschaft und Kommunikationsgeschick sind ebenfalls wichtig. Was Dich bei Arla erwartet

• Unterstützung im operativen Tagesgeschäft für einen definierten Mitarbeiterkreis
• Bescheinigungs- und Meldewesen sowie Durchführung der Arbeitszeitkontrolle
• Pflege von Personalstammdaten und Übernahme der Prüfungen der Arbeitszeitkontrolle
• Erstellung von Bescheinigungen und anderen benötigten Dokumente
• Unterstützung bei der Kommunikation mit externen Ämtern und Behörden, wie z. B. Finanzämtern, Sozialversicherungsträgern und Krankenkassen
