This role requires managing confidential tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment, with a focus on organization and multitasking.
Responsibilities :
- Organize internal meetings, trainings, and document workflows for the Commercial team.
- Assist Digital Marketing with content creation, approvals, and uploads.
- Manage internal meetings, events, and create presentations.
- Coordinate with external vendors for communication, events, and translations.
- Oversee vendor contracts, invoices, payments, and track budgets.
- Handle contract management and documentation.
- Optimize commercial processes and organize promotional materials.
- Support order management and cross-departmental coordination.
- Administer the Commercial budget and monitor operational spending.
- Process offers, orders, and invoices related to marketing activities.
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
- Provide office administration and serve as a backup for other assistants.
