What we ask
- At least 5-7 years recent Retail sales experience, preferably in dairy;
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English, preferably also German;
- Proactive, result-oriented and data driven mentality;
- Dare to challenge and eager to learn;
- Bachelor’s degree in (International) Business, Marketing, Supply Chain or equivalent;
- Strong business development skills, recent proven track record of achieving profitable sales targets and background in handling retail customers;
- Excellent social, negotiation and influencing skills;
- Proficient knowledge of Power BI, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook);
- Capable of understanding P&L’s.
