Your Job :

We are looking for a postdoc to further develop probabilistic, statistical and game-theoretical methods for application in international nuclear safeguards. The tasks include :

• Connect existing quantitative methods in international nuclear safeguards with state-of-the-art artificial intelligence / machine learning (AI / ML) algorithms
• Contribute to standardising methodologies for calculating detection probabilities
• Contribute to further improving and harmonizing random verification schemes, including sampling plans and random inspection schemes, and methodologies to evaluate their effectiveness
• Review, update, and consolidate methodologies, including Bayesian methodologies, in the context of material balance evaluation
