• Wiesbaden, Germany Your contribution Your team is passionate about technology and is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to users, your colleagues, to ensure that their computer systems, software, and networks function efficiently. You will work in a cross-functional team of software engineers, architects and IT system engineers and other IT experts. Provide IT support and resolve problems, incidents, and service requests to ensure end-user satisfaction (SPOC)Support and maintain local end-user devices, including desktops, laptops, and other hardwareManage hardware and software according to standard proceduresDiagnosis and rectification of hardware / software errors at the customer's premisesProcurement of standard IT client hardwareProvide IT training for non-IT colleaguesSupport in the management of the following services : server, application, networkParticipate in various IT system engineering tasks and projects to improve and optimize the IT infrastructureYour background We're not just looking for hard skills : We're looking for people who bring their passion and talent to work.
