POSTE

We are recruiting for a client who is looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee and optimize its Linux-based data center operations.

You will be responsible for managing critical infrastructure, ensuring high availability, and leading a team of engineers to maintain and improve IT services.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Linux-based server environments (RedHat, Ubuntu, CentOS)
  • Oversee data center operations, including virtualization, networking, and storage
  • Implement and monitor security policies, backup strategies, and disaster recovery plans
  • Lead and mentor a team of system administrators and DevOps engineers
  • Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of IT infrastructure
  • Collaborate with different teams to define and implement IT strategies
  • Automate infrastructure management using Ansible, Terraform, or Puppet
  • Maintain documentation and compliance with industry standards

PROFIL

  • Experience : Minimum 10 years in IT infrastructure management
  • Technical Skills :

    • Strong expertise in Linux server administration

    Virtualization (VMware, KVM, Proxmox)

    Cloud and hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)

    High-availability and load balancing solutions

    Networking (firewalls, VPNs, VLANs)

    Automation (Ansible, Terraform, Puppet)

    Monitoring tools (Nagios, Prometheus, Zabbix)

    Security best practices and compliance (ISO 27001, GDPR)

  • Languages : English (French is a plus)
