What you'll do

The Junior IT Business Services Consultant (f / m / d) as Associate Client Delivery Manager (CDM) in Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) is the primary point of contact for SAP's private cloud customers. This includes our offerings RISE with SAP, S / 4HANA Cloud, private edition, SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud (HEC) and Cloud Application Services (CAS).

In this role you will learn from scratch about our private cloud offerings, processes throughout the customer lifecycle and professional customer management practices. You will support and learn from experienced CDMs in their real-life customer situations, whose main goals are customer satisfaction and commercial success while driving the end-to-end customer engagement through onboarding, run and renewal phases.

The CDM has three main areas of responsibility :

• Engagement Management : Planning & review of services in accordance with the customer’s project and adoption of SAP Cloud Solutions, stakeholder management and renewal support.
• Delivery Management : Day-to-day operations, project coordination, de-escalating critical engagements.
• Account Management : Commercial account management and customer satisfaction rating.
