Summary of job contents : To grow and develop new and existing target customer business, achieving stronger market position for Festo and reaching agreed upon financial targets. This person defines the longer-term organizational goals, builds the customer relationship along with supporting machine builders and helps to identify new opportunities. The GKAM is responsible for complex relationship development with the highest value customers while achieving sales and account milestones. Milestones can be based on sales turnover, account penetration, project discovery and implementation along with other measures. The goal of the GKAM is to develop the target customer into a customer that specifies Festo as their preferred automation partner.
