We are looking for an experienced CI Specialist / Continuous Improvement Business Partner (m / f / d) who is responsible for managing the overall execution of strategies that support and drive Xylem’s Lean transformation and are focused on improving our value proposition to the customer while delivering significant financial results to the bottom line.
You will be supporting multiple international sites to drive cultural lean development and empowerment at a macro level, while supporting transformations and events to eliminate waste from the organization.
Locations : Herford or Ludwigshafen (Germany), Sundbyberg (Sweden), Nanterre (France), Montecchio (Italy). But other Xylem locations in Europe are also optional. We offer a Hybrid contract and this role requires to travel 50% or more if needed to cover the assigned sites.
