As a Legal Counsel you will be a trusted advisor to our product technology go-to-market and leadership teams. You will anchor legal excellence across an agile environment translating complex laws into practical guidance crafting robust contracts and policies and enabling responsible innovation in SaaS POS Payment and AI.

Your work will protect the business accelerate compliant execution across European markets and help shape how we build and launch digital products with confidence.

Menu of Responsibilities

In this role you will collaborate closely with stakeholders from all departments and will be responsible for :

• Providing day-to-day proactive legal counsel for product features business initiatives pilots and market rollouts.
• Leading and coordinating legal projects with a focus on civil / contract law IT & data protection (GDPR) and competition law.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents including contracts partner agreements procurement documents General Terms and Conditions data protection notices and internal policies that scale across European markets.
• Expanding templates and playbooks with emphasis on IT law and Anti-Money-Laundering Law enabling scalable compliance.
• Embedding GDPR and security principles into product development consent flows data-sharing models and vendor frameworks.
• Advising on AI and data governance by partnering with the AI Community and Data Team to guide product development usage policies and risk management; leveraging the EU AI Act for best practices and creating clear actionable guidance for stakeholders
