What you’ll do

You’ll take ownership of our entire growth funnel – from the first ad impression to successful company formation. You’ll test, analyze, automate, and scale a data-driven growth loop as we build Germany’s leading platform for business formation.

You don’t just manage campaigns – you drive our growth, brand, and product strategy. Your work will directly impact how quickly people can launch their companies in Germany.

Your responsibilities :

Plan, launch, and scale performance campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)

Analyze funnel & conversion data – and optimize along the customer journey

Set up and manage tracking (UTMs, events, Customer.io, etc.) to close attribution gaps

Develop & test new ideas for paid ads, landing pages, and email sequences

Use AI tools to generate content, analyze audiences, and automate your own workflows

Work closely with our product & tech team to unlock growth levers fast

What you bring

2+ years experience in performance / growth marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or a startup environment

You’re analytical, creative, and data-driven – and know how to combine all three

You’ve run campaigns, built funnels, and know exactly what a good ROAS looks like

You’re curious about AI and actively use tools to make your work more efficient

You’re self-motivated, proactive, and love turning ideas into action

You’re confident with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Customer.io, Looker Studio, or Mixpanel
