Your mission

  • Assist with planning and coordinating events trade shows roadshows training events and partner activations
  • Assist with trade marketing activities including coordinating partner materials and supporting promotional initiatives
  • Manage and update marketing assets and archives ensuring materials are organized
  • Assist in marketing communications by creating content for partner update newsletters
  • Manage merchandise and marketing inventory ensuring timely distribution and stock replenishment
  • Provide administrative support by preparing presentations reports and maintaining marketing documentation
  • Support market research by collecting insights on competitors and customer needs
  • Coordinate administrative tasks including schedule management and general support

Your profile

MustHaves :

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint Excel Word)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Enthusiastic proactive and eager to learn

    • NicetoHaves :

  • Experience with event coordination or trade marketing.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp or similar platforms).
  • Interest in the coffee industry is a plus!
