Marketing Manager with scientific background (m / f / d)

Permanent, full-time, 40 hours / week)

Your tasks :

You initiate and carry out international campaigns for customer acquisition , conversion optimization and customer retention using the CRM system in the pharmaceutical and medical devices sector.

You will be responsible for lead management .

• You will be responsible for evaluating our success : analyzing and assessing the performance of our campaigns based on relevant KPIs and deriving recommendations for action.
• You will also be responsible for content marketing (specialist mailings, newsletters , etc.) and managing social media channels in collaboration with international colleagues from the relevant specialist area.
• You will be responsible for planning and implementing our international marketing , communication and media strategies with regard to specialist backgrounds .
• You will develop marketing concepts and be responsible for the implementation of online and offline marketing measures .

Your profile :

• You successfully completed a degree in the natural sciences and have a professional qualification / further training in marketing / communications .
• You have already gained experience in marketing and corporate communications in a life science or pharmaceutical company.
• You have a very good feel for storytelling and exciting, target group-specific content as well as layout design , typography and the interplay of image and text .
• You have an excellent command of German and English .
• An interest in digitalization and a passion for optimizing processes round off your profile.
