Our approach is completely new: we integrate previously separate components such as motors, drives, sensors, and gearboxes into seamless units. At the same time, we are digitizing performance and quality factors that previously depended on expensive mechanical manufacturing.

Support the Validation Team in testing and quality assurance activities
Perform performance validation and quality control of integrated encoder systems
Design, build, and operate testbenches for hardware and control algorithm validation
Validate model-based control algorithms in simulation and on hardware using rapid control prototyping systems (e.g., Speedgoat)
Participate in motion control feature development and testing
Contribute to system-based product and function validation
Analyze test data and document results to support development decisions
Enrolled student in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, or a related field
Good mechanical intuition and machining experience
Internship is mandatory as part of your academic curriculum (we only offer a 6 month Internship)
Basic understanding of control systems, sensors, and embedded systems
Familiarity with MATLAB/Simulink, Python, or similar simulation tools is an advantage
Interest in testing, validation, and real-world system performance
Structured, detail-oriented, and eager to work hands-on in the lab environment
Team player with strong analytical and communication skills
Please note: This is a mandatory Internship. You need to give proof before the process that you are eligble for a mandatory Internship.
