Requirements
At least 3 years of professional experience in IT system administration and / or IT security
Experience with information security management systems (ISMS) is an advantage
Confident use of IT security tools and technologies as well as knowledge of current threats and attack methods
Strong communication and presentation skills as well as the ability to convey complex issues in an understandable way
Ability to work in a team, initiative and a structured and analytical way of working
Good written and spoken German and English skills
Tasks Responsibilities
Participation in the further development and adaptation of information security guidelines
Creation and maintenance of security concepts, guidelines, work instructions and resource plans
Integration of security requirements in close coordination with various specialist departments
Support in the investigation and analysis of security incidents
Planning, implementation and continuous improvement of measures to reduce security risks and vulnerabilities
Organization and implementation of internal security audits and preparation of corresponding reports
Advice and support to specialist departments with regard to information security issues
Implementation and coordination of training and awareness-raising measures for employees
Taking on general tasks in the area of information security in accordance with current regulatory requirements (e.g. BAIT)

Hiring Process
