Position Summary

As a Production Operator, you will be an integral part of our business and a valuable team member. You’ll work hands-on with a collaborative team at the center of our factory processes. We’ll train you in several functional areas within the manufacturing environment so you can provide support across our production teams. With safety top of mind, you’ll ensure that our equipment and machinery remain in top-notch condition as you use your quick problem-solving skills to address equipment needs throughout the operation day. Learning safety policies and standard ways of working as a member of our team are key to our success.

  • Work safely always. Follow all safety policies and procedures. Attend safety, team, and plant-wide meetings; attend safety and functional training.
  • Keep work area clean.
  • Follow plant safety practices and demonstrate understanding and proper operation of equipment and tools.
  • Move equipment using proper lifting/rigging procedures.
  • Perform various other duties as assigned.
  • Must be willing to work weekends, overtime, and back shifts as needed.

Requirements

  • 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have basic proficiency of English language to comply with verbal and written directions, signs, policies and procedures

Other

  • High School diploma/GED preferred
  • Warehouse, manufacturing or related experience preferred
