Your tasks

• Your main task is product support for our Business Integration Suite. This includes, among other things, the recording and classification of support cases.
• You solve support cases independently via remote maintenance or together with the 3rd level support.
• You do not only fix errors, but also improve the operation of the SEEBURGER solutions together with the customer through appropriate problem management.
• For our premium customers, you will take on the role of Designated Support Engineer and ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction through close cooperation with the customer.
• In addition to classic product support, you will assist the support team with software updates, system analyses and projects in the service environment.
