You will work with the Spendscape leadership and other stakeholders on everything related to revenue management, financial reporting and controlling.

Spendscape is McKinsey’s procurement analytics solution that originated from the firm’s acquisition of Orpheus in Nuremberg, Germany. Over the last years this has grown into a global Software as a Service (SaaS) analytics platform that gives our clients a comprehensive understanding of their procurement spend, with insights that lead to better decisions, more innovation, and growth.

You’ll be based in either Nuremberg or Munich and report into Spendscape’s COO.

You will be the central point of contact for everything related to Spendscape’s finance processes, including reporting and controlling. You will work with the solution leadership and stakeholders from the firm’s finance function.

Specifically, the role entails responsibility for :

• Coordinating revenue and pipeline management, incl. liaison with Spendscape’s client support managers (CSMs) and client POCs
• Ensuring required documentation for won work is stored appropriately (e.g., contracts, POs)
• Overseeing monthly revenue submission and controlling for CST and direct-to-client situations
• Creating regular reporting of (financial) figures and KPIs leveraging the firm’s systems and Salesforce
• Analyzing and optimizing direct and indirect costs
• Supporting charge code creation
• Supporting solution budgeting and financial planning
• Liaising with stakeholders across the organization (e.g., Spendscape leadership, delivery teams, finance organization)
• Supporting continuous improvement of asset operations processes
• University degree
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Skills to communicate complex ideas effectively
• Good understanding of cell and finance processes and systems
• Ability to communicate effectively - both verbally and in writing - in English as well as in German
