For our IT service provider Deutsche Rentenversicherung NOW IT GmbH, Deutsche Rentenversicherung Rheinland is looking for the following person in the Application Operations division for the Competence Center (KC) Database and Application Services at the Düsseldorf site at the earliest possible date
Database Administrator Oracle (f / m / d)
The KC Database and Application Services is responsible for the planning, design, provision, operation, maintenance and support of the database and application services used at NOW IT GmbH, taking into account the existing infrastructure and system interfaces. The area of database services includes the database management systems (DBMS) Oracle Database and Microsoft SQL Server, which are used throughout the company.
Your area of responsibility includes in particular
- You will be involved in the planning and design of Oracle databases.
- You will carry out the provision, operation including maintenance, monitoring and support as well as the further development of Oracle databases and drive forward the automation of the necessary work steps.
- You will actively participate in topic-related working and project groups in the NOW IT network and at DRV-IT.
Your qualification :
You have a degree in computer science (Bachelor of Science) from a university of applied sciences or a comparable relevant degree at level 6 of the German Qualifications Framework.
