Junior) HR Generalist

Job Summary

The Junior HR Generalist will support various HR functions and initiatives, providing administrative and operational assistance to the HR department. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of HR practices, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude. Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding :
• Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
• Support the onboarding process to ensure a smooth integration of new employees.
• Employee Relations :
• Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries and direct them to appropriate resources.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
• Performance Management :
• Provide support in the administration of performance review processes.
• Help prepare documentation and track performance management activities.
• Training & Development :
• Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating training sessions.
• Support the implementation of career development programs.
• Compliance & Policy Management :
• Help ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in the UK and Germany.
• Assist in maintaining and updating HR policies and procedures.
• HR Administration :
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Prepare basic HR reports and assist with data entry and analysis.
• Compensation & Benefits :
• Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
• Provide support in researching and benchmarking compensation practices.
