StellenbeschreibungYou have a degree in Life Sciences and bring at least one year of relevant professional experience. Ideally, you gained hands-on laboratory experience with bioreactors in cell culture and / or fermentation; knowledge in Cell & Gene Therapy is a plus. You are a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build sustainable relationships – both internally and externally. You are result-driven, analytically minded, and comfortable working with data to inform decisions. You enjoy working in a dynamic environment and actively seek to improve processes and outcomes. You are confident presenting technical content in a clear and engaging way. You are fluent in English and German, both written and spoken. Any additional language is an asset. You are proficient in using Microsoft Office tools and have experience working with CRM systems such as MS Dynamics. Your work is meaningful. Your challenges
- In this position, you are responsible for conducting business in a defined geographic territory to meet sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience across the Bioprocess product portfolio.
- You act as a key point of contact for pre- and post-sales inquiries and technical product configuration guidance in close collaboration with sales, service, and field applications teams.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals; provide accurate sales forecasts and performance updates to management, including activity reports and risk assessments.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships discuss needs, promote products, and secure orders through remote communications.
- Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and lead qualification.
- Utilize CRM systems and customer insights to drive repeat business, strengthen customer engagement, and accelerate revenue growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Sales, Service, and Applications to ensure the generation of precise and timely customer quotes.
- Submit required reports and documentation to supervisors in a timely manner, such as time sheets, expense reports, and market feedback.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback and market intelligence to Product Management and Marketing to support data-driven decisions and future product strategy.
- Participate in limited travel activities, such as regional sales meetings, training sessions, or industry events.
