Über unsProduction Operations Team’s mission is to increase transparency in our organisation in order to simplify steering and governance decisions. Our team takes responsibility for "ways of working” between product teams and departments that smoothens their working together. We also work with their leadership to help them gain necessary insights for optimal steering. This consists of the following elements : - Provide and manage regular communication channels for the alignment, exchange and steering within and between the organisational levels​. - Define and maintain the respective standards, tools and process for a collaborative and uniform way of working in the organisation. - Development of alignment and steering tooling solutions. Your tasks : You’re part of an experienced Production Operations team, working closely with XING leadership to bring exciting new products to life. You are comfortable in Agile and Lean methods. Your day-to-day focuses on supporting process and tooling development, where you create and maintain detailed documentation on Confluence, build and manage SQL dashboards, and support your teammates with their projects. You support developing and updating steering documents and transparency tools, as well as keeping information channels and internal wiki pages organised. You will progress to taking ownership of these documents. You’re comfortable using tools like MS Teams, JIRA, and Confluence, and you bring strong SQL skills to the table for managing databases and creating dashboards. You also play a key role in organisational ceremonies, like weekly steering syncs, where you organise meetings, facilitate discussions, and take notes to keep everyone aligned and moving forward. You must be comfortable to ask questions of senior members and seek clarity when needed. Your skills : You have a technical background or experience developing software applications or administrating Atlassian tools (JIRA / Confluence) or Agile project / product management experience. Knowledge of Objective and Key Results alignment methodology is a plus. You have a strong sense of responsibility and diligence. You are familiar with software development practices and software business. You are passionate about project management and have an eye for processes and how people work together. You have an interest in and are eager to learn about global view of systems and organizations. You are empathetic and able to put yourself "in the shoes of others”. Your communication style is proactive, crisp and clear. You have no problem approaching and engaging with various people from different hierarchy levels. You embrace change. You are resourceful and able to think of ways to resolve problems on your own or with help from others. You speak English fluently.
