Job Description

ABOUT INVERS

Are you a creative mind with a penchant for media and journalism and want to gain practical experience alongside your studies? Join us in Cologne or Siegen to shape the mobility of tomorrow.

At INVERS, we offer integrated hardware and software solutions to operators of mobility services. We act as an independent and reliable partner for providers of car sharing, rental cars and car subscriptions. Our aim is to make shared mobility services an affordable and convenient alternative to owning a car. Our customers include companies such as Cambio, Europcar, Free2Move, Getaround, Miles, MyWheels and Zity.

We are looking for a working student PR & Event (f / m / d) at our location in Cologne or Netphen as soon as possible. Together, we make carsharing work.

YOUR NEW JOB AT INVERS

Public Relations

  • You support our team in operational and strategic PR projects to increase awareness and lead generation
  • You research relevant publications and opinion leaders
  • You monitor and filter editorial plans for suitable topics
  • You take part in brainstorming sessions to develop topics and support the creation of PR content in the form of text, audio or moving images
  • You support press relations, maintain the news room and press contacts
  • You monitor the reporting and create monitoring reports

Events

  • You support the planning and organization of our brand presence at events and act as an interface to internal stakeholders
  • You maintain contact with event organizers and negotiate sponsorship packages
  • You conceptualize the trade fair appearance with the design team
  • You support communication planning before, during and after events

    • Your area of responsibility will vary depending on your level of experience and current projects that we are working on.

    Requirements

    THIS IS YOU

  • You are currently studying marketing / communication or media studies or similar and still have at least two semesters to go
  • You are enthusiastic about the topics of mobility, technology and digital innovation
  • Ideally, you have already gained experience in an editorial department
  • You are an all-round talent and find it easy to familiarize yourself with new topics and tasks and to work on them independently and in a solution-oriented manner
  • You can easily get to grips with our marketing tool stack (. WordPress, HubSpot, Photoshop)
  • You can easily communicate in English with our diverse team
  • You have your own ideas and are a real team player
