Exciting opportunities await you – as our Head of Science and Technology Relations, you will identify and develop academic research partners, lead the ALTANA Institute, secure public funding for R&D and represent ALTANA in consortia. Your other tasks include :
- Organizing and facilitating the ALTANA Summer School
- Scouting for disruptive technologies
- Developing competencies and knowledge for technology platforms and search fields
- Coordinating Open Innovation initiatives

Requirements
With this profile, you convince us – you have long-standing experience in R&D or innovation management in an international tech company, a firm grasp of technology challenges and business models in the specialty chemical industry, a good feel for the academic landscape, a strong network into the scientific community and a PhD in chemistry, chemical engineering or an equivalent?
