For our constantly growing location in Feldkirchen, we are looking to strengthening our team and hence actively looking for an Non - Technical Program / Project Manager (m / f / d) who is willing to join and work together with the team.

Key Responsibilities :

You are the point of contact for all kinds of inquiries and support the team with typical administrative tasks.

Purchasing consumables, tools, machines and office equipment

Confidentiality agreements with our suppliers (creation of and renewals)

stocktaking

Invoice verification

Emergency manual Maintenance and coordination of emergency drills

Occupational safety :

In cooperation with the safety specialist, you will take care of topics such as risk analyses, operating instructions, order and safety, employee instructions and compliance with legal regulations. You will organize and schedule annual briefings and training courses.

Facility :

Independently and in cooperation with the relevant department, you will take care of repairs and maintenance of equipment and machinery.

For measures such as conversions, technical installations or extensions in and on the building, you will take over the local organization (obtaining quotations, budget requests, etc.)
