Your Role:
As a German-Speaking Customer Support Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for customers, providing professional, high-quality assistance and ensuring a seamless experience across multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide clear, friendly, and solution-focused assistance
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication
  • Accurately document customer interactions and follow internal procedures
  • Collaborate with an international team to maintain service excellence

What Were Looking For:

  • Native or fluent German speaker
  • Good level of English for internal communication
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Previous customer support experience is an advantage, but not required
