Intro Phalva is a new company on a mission to create thriving leaders out of anyone with a difficult past. Tasks I've created a signature program that takes individuals from stuck in their past to thriving as leaders. This program lasts at least 6 months, part A) Healing, 2 months, Part B) Leap into Leadership, 4 months. In order to understand the depth and breadth of this, you will go through part A yourself, and get to be coached by me through the program, worth 3,000 Euros. Your tasks beyond this are : Social media marketing. Getting in touch with prospects via Messenger for 1.5 hours a day. Digital / online "clean-up" of email automatization, website skin, etc. Requirements You need to have read at least 1 self-development book. Name the book(s) you've read or are reading. Is trauma or a difficult upbringing or family dysfunction something that resonates with you on any level? Why? Do you think about how you can grow? Why is growth important to you? Do you think about how you can add value to the world? Why? You need to be passionate about growth, and become passionate about this project. You will not play the role of a subject, rather, a unique individual who's going to bring your energy, determination, willingness to learn, and your unique ideas to the table in order to get Phalva out there and reaching the people it's meant to serve. How savvy are you with social media? How much experience do you have in this social media marketing? Are you an organized person? How do you feel about meditation?
