Sie berichten an den Qualitätsmanager und sind Teil des Qualitätsteams. Als Qualitätsingenieur / in sind Sie für die Zuverlässigkeitsprüfung unserer Produkte sowie für die Aufrechterhaltung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung des Managementsystems verantwortlich.

In dieser Position arbeiten Sie eng mit den Teams für Forschung und Entwicklung und Verfahrenstechnik zusammen, um die am besten geeigneten Testbedingungen für die Produkte festzulegen und Testberichte für interne und externe Kunden zu erstellen.

Sie helfen bei der Entwicklung, Umsetzung und Überwachung von Qualitätsprogrammen, -zielen und -richtlinien des Unternehmens, um die Einhaltung der internen und externen Anforderungen zu gewährleisten.

Einzelheiten zu den Erwartungen und Verantwortlichkeiten in dieser Position :

• Organisation und Durchführung von Prüfungen zur Einhaltung von Prozessen für unsere Produkte
• Durchführung interner Audits zur Messung und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der festgelegten Qualitäts- und Umweltstandards
• Entwicklung / Implementierung von Methoden zum Verständnis und zur Bewertung von Prozessrisiken und zu deren Abschwächung
• Sicherstellung der Erfüllung der ISO-Anforderungen und Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung der Audits
• Vorantreiben der damit verbundenen Prozessverbesserungen bei Methodik, Testbedingungen und Fehleranalyse
• Definition der Testbedingungen, Durchführung der Tests und Berichterstattung über die Ergebnisse
• Befähigung zur Nutzung der Test- und Analysewerkzeuge / Programme und Ausrüstung
• Verwaltung der Qualifizierung bestehender und neuer Produkte nach verschiedenen internationalen Normen

Reporting to the Quality Manager you will be part of the quality team. As a Quality Engineer you will be responsible for reliability testing of our products as well as for maintaining and continuous improvement of the management system.

This position will allow you to work closely with the R&D and Process Engineering teams to define most suitable test conditions for the products and to provide test reports to internal and external customers.

You will help to develop, implement, and monitor company quality programs, goals and policies to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.

More details on the expectations and responsibilities in this position :

• Organize and perform process compliance reviews for our products
• Conduct internal audits to measure and ensure adherence to establish Quality and Environmental standards
• Develop / implement methods to understand and evaluate process risks and how to mitigate them
• Ensure the fulfillment of the ISO requirements and help manage the audit preparation
• Drive related process improvements to methodology, test conditions and failure analysis
• Define test conditions, perform the tests and report the results
• Able to use the test- and analysis tools / programs and equipment
• Manage the qualification of existing and new products regarding different international standards

Requirements / Qualifications :

Qualifikationen / Anforderungen

• Ingenieur (Master bevorzugt)
• Kenntnisse über Qualitäts- und / oder Statistik-Tools
• Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, Kenntnisse in MATLAB, Visual Basic sind von Vorteil.

Kompetenzen

• Gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
• Grundlegendes Verständnis von Qualitätsphilosophien, -prinzipien, -methoden, -werkzeugen, -standards, Organisations- und Teamdynamik, zwischenmenschlichen Beziehungen, Berufsethik, rechtlichen und regulatorischen Anforderungen
• Erfahrungen in der Herstellung von elektronischen Geräten sind von Vorteil
• Engineer (Master preferred)
• Knowledge about quality and / or statistic tools
• Good knowledge of MS Office, knowledges of MATLAB, Visual Basic are of advantages.

Competencies

• Good knowledge of German and English in speaking and writing
• Possess a fundamental understanding of quality philosophies, principles, methods, tools, standards, organizational and team dynamics, interpersonal relationships, professional ethics, legal and regulatory requirements
• Experiences in manufacturing of electronic devices are of advantage
