Position : Maschinen- und Anlagenführer (m / w / d) Your Responsibilities : Operate, monitor, and clean machinery in your designated area. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues. Support modifications or changes in formats. Conduct necessary quality, hygiene, and safety checks. Actively contribute to production optimization activities. Ensure qualified shift handovers. Your Profile : You have completed a vocational training program (preferably in a technical field). You are willing to work in a 3- or 4-shift system. You possess a technical understanding of process flows. You have good German language skills, both written and spoken.
