Description

Key Responsibilities / Tasks :

Performing analytical checks on daily regulatory reporting (EMIR, MiFIR), handling of corrections and feedbacks.
Participate in system enhancement IT and support process improvement projects.
Participate in methodology reviews and implementation of any methodological changes.
Review of workflows and operating procedures.
Escalate issues identified, which may result in late or incorrect regulatory submission, to senior management for resolution and remediation.
Providing Business Support on day-to-day queries.
Capturing of data and internal booking of securities.
Handling of static data, such as pricing and securities.

Your Skills and Experience :

Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in the banking and financial sector.

Advanced Office 365 and database skills, knowledge of Avaloq would be seen as an advantage.

High team-spirit and service orientation, strong personality and ability to work under pressure and against deadlines.

Excellent communication skills. Fluent in English. Any other language is an advatage.

High degree of control awareness, attention to detail and focus on providing quality output.

Good knowledge of various securities, as well as of regulatory and luxemburgish legal requirements.

High analytical skills and interest on data management.

Good knowledge of EU Transaction Reporting (EMIR,MiFIR).
