You increase our demo-to-signup conversion by running structured sales cycles helping prospects choose the right plan building the business case and creating momentum at the end. You are the person who makes decisions happen and ensures new customers get started successfully.
Tasks
- Run discovery lead demos and translate needs into clear value and a recommended plan
- Drive the deal process end-to-end : stakeholders timeline next steps and commitments
- Build simple ROI and budget narratives that help prospects get internal approval
- Advise customers on packaging and subscription choice and remove friction from signup
- Coordinate onboarding handover and ensure fast activation (first campaign first insight first win)
- Maintain pipeline hygiene and forecasting in the CRM
- Feed structured market feedback to Product and help improve pricing packaging and sales assets
