Due to continued growth and success of the Teamtailor product globally, we are now looking to improve our outreach in the DACH region. As a result of this focus we are seeking local experience to help build and shape the HR market in the region.
This growth is being led by Maria Böhrer , who has been with teamtailor since 2019 and has grown from a Sales and Business Development Executive through to the Sales Manager DACH during that time.

Outlined below are some of the key responsibilities and skills we are seeking from a potential candidate;
Key Responsibilities :
Consistently meet or exceed your monthly sales targets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Source and qualify leads through cold calling, cold emailing and social networks like LinkedIn to identify potential clients.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams such as Marketing, Partnerships or Customer Success.
- Growth mindset : Continuously learning and understanding of our product, internal processes and industry.
- Team player : Provide ideas, feedback and support to your direct peer
