Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for IT recruitment? Step into a high-impact role where you’ll consult with clients, translate IT project needs into staffing solutions, and manage thriving client accounts.

What You'll Do

  • Provide expert consultation via video calls (and occasional client visits) to understand IT project needs.
  • Bridge client requirements with recruitment solutions, offering flexible contract options (temporary, freelance, or permanent placement).
  • Build expertise in 2–3 key industries, such as Banking or Insurance.
  • Drive account growth by managing 10+ active accounts and targeting 1–2 successful deals per month.
  • Cultivate new opportunities, aiming to onboard 10 new clients annually.

Who You Are

  • A professional with experience in staffing services, ideally with 1+ years in IT recruitment company
  • Sales-oriented, with a proven ability to engage in both account management and proactive sales activities.
  • A solutions-driven individual with a steady career history, demonstrating reliability and a hunger for success.
