SALES and TECHNICAL SERVICE ENGINEER
German Market)
Responsibility :
Reporting to the Global Sales Director, She / He will be part of the Commercial Department and will take care of the following aspects :
- Selling and cross-selling the existing products / services to current customers;
- Managing relations with existing and new customers and reporting the different feedbacks from them to the various company departments;
- Identifying and planning new business opportunities within and also outside Germany;
- Defining the correct KPI to constantly monitor them;
- Cooperating with the Manufacturing site and with the R&D Department to develop and implement the correct range of products in line with the Customers’ needs;
- Planning and foreseeing costs and timings of the commercial activities.
Experience(s) :
Ideal candidate has gained at least 2-5 years of professional experience, by covering similar roles in the paper industry or in close industries (chemical, raw materials, ect…)
Education :
A strong Engineering Education is required
Language(s) : Good English level
Soft Skills :
In addition to the technical competencies, the ideal candidate should have good manual skills, a natural attitude to operate in industrial environment, a consolidated analytical thinking as well as excellent negotiations skills. She / he has to demonstrate empathy as well as strong relational skills. On top of that she / he has to be available to make weekly travels within his sector of competence (saying 50.000 km / 60.000 km). The company will also consider Junior profile because it has to be taken into consideration a period of roughly one year of coaching.
